By using aspirecorelab.com and booking sessions, you agree to these Terms. Training and coaching may include guidance, educational content, planning, and support related to your goals.

Booking functionality on the website may allow you to select an available time and confirm a booking. We may reschedule sessions for operational reasons; where possible, we will provide advance notice.

3. Coaching guidance and no guarantees

You acknowledge that coaching and training guidance does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings. Any examples of possible outcomes are informational only and depend on factors outside our control (for example, your participation, effort, circumstances, and external conditions).

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information when booking or contacting us.
• Comply with scheduled session timing and notify us if you cannot attend.
• Use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation.

5. Liability and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aspirecorelab.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profit resulting from your use of the site or participation in sessions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
